At TRUE MOLLY, your shopping satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may submit a return request following the complete policy below.

Return Eligibility

All valid returns must be submitted within 30 calendar days from your delivery date.

To be qualified for a full refund, returned merchandise must meet all the standards below:
  • Unworn, unused and unwashed with no signs of wearing
  • Kept in original brand-new condition
  • All original hangtags, labels and accessories fully attached
  • Free of makeup marks, perfume residue, stains, strange odors, pet hair or any damage
  • Returned with original packaging if still available
Items failing to meet any above criteria will be rejected for full or partial refunds at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, health and custom sales rules, the below categories cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
  • Lingerie, panties and underwear
  • All bras, shaping bodysuits and shapewear
  • Swimwear with removed or damaged hygiene protective liners
  • One-piece bodysuits
  • Pierced earrings and intimate personal fashion accessories
  • Digital & physical gift cards
  • Customized, personalized or made-to-order products
  • Final Sale, Clearance, flash discounted items marked non-refundable
  • Goods damaged by improper use, wrong washing care or regular wear and tear

How to Submit a Return Request

You must reach out to our customer support team and obtain return authorization before sending back any items.

When submitting your request, kindly attach these details:
  1. Full order number
  2. List of item names/skus you plan to return
  3. Clear reason for return
  4. Real photos of defective, damaged or wrong items (if applicable)
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will send you the official return shipping address and detailed return guidelines.

Packages shipped back without prior written authorization will be refused and sent back at customer’s cost.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers bear all return shipping costs if the return is due to personal preference, wrong size or change of mind.

Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in all scenarios.

We highly recommend choosing a fully trackable courier service for returns. TRUE MOLLY takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed return parcels in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive broken, flawed, defective or mismatched items, please email us within 7 days upon delivery with the following materials:
  • Complete order number
  • Clear photos showing the damaged/wrong merchandise
  • Photos of the outer shipping package and original shipping label
After our team finishes inspection, we will offer a proper solution including full refund or free replacement based on your situation.

Refund Processing Timeline

After we receive, open and inspect your returned package, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund result.

If your return gets fully approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment account within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks, card issuers or payment platforms may hold the refund for extra processing time before it shows in your balance.

Order Cancellation Rules

New orders can be canceled within 12 hours right after checkout.

Once your order enters production packing status or has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Shipping Restrictions

Please read our shipping limitations carefully:
  • We do not deliver to APO, FPO or DPO military mailing addresses
  • No address redirection service after your package has been shipped
  • Customers are responsible for filling in complete, accurate and valid shipping information

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We sincerely suggest contacting our support team to resolve any order issues before opening payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank.

Our team will actively communicate and fairly settle all your concerns without extra dispute procedures.
