Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered mailbox, which includes your unique tracking number.

Delivery Terms & Shipping Restrictions

TRUE MOLLY takes no responsibility for undeliverable, returned or lost parcels caused by inaccurate, missing or outdated address information provided by the customer at checkout.
- P.O. Boxes
Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available in regions supported by our courier partners.
- Military mailing addresses
We do not deliver packages to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses at this time.
- Unclaimed shipments
If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, you will be responsible for covering new shipping fees if you request a re-delivery.
- Address modification rule
No shipping address edits or reroutes can be made once your order enters our processing workflow.
Lost or Damaged Packages In Transit
TRUE MOLLY is not liable for goods lost, stolen or broken during courier transit after the package leaves our warehouse.
If you receive a visibly damaged package, you must directly file a damage claim with the shipping carrier.
Please keep and preserve all of the following materials for carrier investigation:
- Damaged merchandise
- Original outer shipping box
- Shipping label
- All internal packing fillers and protective materials

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
At present, TRUE MOLLY only provides domestic shipping within the United States. We do not support international shipping, so customs fees, import duties and cross-border tax charges do not apply to our orders.
